We are Adoption Now, the regional adoption agency for Blackburn with Darwen, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside. In 2017 we brought our combined years of experience and expertise together to deliver adoption services on behalf of these 6 local authorities. As an agency we are extremely passionate about putting our children first and at the heart of all we do and we are able to provide hugely effective support to our families to enable them to achieve their dream of becoming parents.

Our core purpose is to deliver a high quality, child centred and efficient family finding service for children who have a plan for adoption while providing a highly skilled and professional support service for adopters, adopted children, adopted adults and birth parents.
We operate a secondment model so the employing agency is not necessarily where the post is based so we encourage people to look at the detail of the jobs to find out more. In the main staff are working in a hybrid way currently spending on average 3 days being office based and 2 days home based but this can vary with service need.
